How do I place an order with Mymonture?
Placing an order on our website www.mymonture.com is easy. All you have to do is search for the pair of glasses you're most interested in using our search engine or the various categories we offer (prescription glasses, sunglasses, sports glasses, accessories). If you wish, you can then refine your search by selecting the various filters on the right of your screen.
Then choose the frame you wish to buy and add it to your shopping basket. Click on the "order" button in your order summary. All that's left to do is to let us guide you through the order process.
Good to know: You can order not only from your computer, but also from your digital tablet or smartphone.
Who can buy on your website?
Anyone can buy on Mymonture! Whether you're looking for prescription glasses, sunglasses, sports glasses* or accessories, you're free to order on our website.
However, only people with a prescription less than 3 years old (for people over 16) will be able to buy prescription frames or corrective lenses. For all others, we strongly advise you to contact our opticians to find out about the various possible solutions.
*On condition that they are not adapted to your eyesight.
My order doesn't meet my expectations. What can I do about it?
As your satisfaction is our priority, you have 30 days for satisfaction or reimbursement instead of the 14 days initially stipulated in the French Consumer Code. You therefore have 30 days to return your item(s) to us.

How long do I have to return my glasses?
At Mymonture, you have 30 days from the date of shipment of your glasses to return them. All you have to do is return your new, undamaged and undirty items in their original packaging and case to the following address:

Please note: Under distance selling regulations, you have a legal right of withdrawal of 7 days. In other words, you have 7 days to return products purchased online. Especially for you, your Mymonture online optician has extended this period to 30 days!
After validating my order, I realize that I made a mistake. What should I do?

How do I use a promotional code on your site?
Choose your frame from our wide range of glasses (prescription, sunglasses, sports glasses) and add it to your shopping cart.
If you have a Mymonture promotional code, you can enter it in the "use promotional code" box during checkout, just before confirming and placing your order. Once you have entered the promotional code, click on the "OK" button. The promotion will then be applied directly to the amount of your order.
Please note: your discount code is case-sensitive.
How do I pay on your site?
Your Mymonture online optician offers 3 types of payment:
- - By credit card: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard and 3X FREE.
- - By Paypal
- - By bank transfer
- - By cheque: glasses ordered are reserved for 5 working days from the order date. After this period, your order will be automatically cancelled if we do not receive a cheque for your purchase.

Is payment by credit card secure?
Payment by credit card is entirely secure, thanks to the online payment system provided by our partner CIC Paiement.
Once connected to our site, customers place their order and choose to pay by credit card. They are immediately connected to CIC's secure server, where they enter their card number, expiry date and visual cryptogram. The data exchanged is of the utmost confidentiality and integrity: credit card information is encrypted between the customer's computer and the CIC server. They do not circulate on the WEB and cannot be modified. Credit card information is transmitted only to the CIC, is not stored by mymonture.com, and is 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted. How do I get an invoice?
Obtaining an invoice is easy. Log on to our website www.mymonture.com and go to "My account", accessible from the home page. Enter your login details (e-mail address and password) and click on the "My orders" tab. Select the order for which you wish to receive an invoice. To edit the invoice, simply click on the "print" button in the top right-hand corner. And that's it!
