Your Mymonture online optician delivers to mainland France (including Corsica and Monaco), but also to other countries:

What delivery methods are available?

Your online optician Mymonture offers a range of delivery options:

  • - 48/72H home delivery by Colissimo with tracking and signature, valid :
    • - Metropolitan France (including Corsica and Monaco)
    • - Europe (Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Switzerland)
    • - In French overseas departments and territories
  • - 24-hour express Chronopost delivery, worldwide.

What are the delivery times?

Because customer satisfaction is our top priority, we strive to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible.

For a pair of glasses made to your own specifications (frame + lenses)
When you order a pair of glasses made to your own specifications, your Mymonture online optician undertakes to ship them to mainland France within 10 to 15 days. Your lenses will be custom-made to match the corrections on your prescription.

For a single frame

The average delivery time for a frame in stock is 24 hours for express delivery with Chronopost (metropolitan France) and 48 to 72 hours for standard delivery with Colissimo Suivi against signature (metropolitan France).

NB: In addition to delivery times, there are also shipping times. You'll find these on each product page, just below the "add to basket" button.

What are the delivery charges?

For orders of 50 euros or more:

  • - Your Mymonture online optician offers Colissimo delivery with tracking and signature in mainland France.
  • - If you choose to send your order by Express, this service will cost you 12 euros (valid in metropolitan France)

For orders under 50 euros :

    • - Delivery by Colissimo with tracking and signature :
      • - 6.90 euros (metropolitan France, including Corsica and Monaco)
      • - 25 euros (DOM TOM)
      • - 15 euros (Europe)
    • - Express delivery :
      • - 13 euros (mainland France)
      • - 31 euros (DOM TOM, Europe, World)

When will my order be dispatched?

Can't wait to receive your frames? No problem for your Mymonture opticians! As soon as your order has been validated and your payment accepted (Paypal, credit card, cheque), our teams prepare your package and deliver it as soon as possible to the carrier you have chosen. So place your order before 1pm (Monday to Friday) and your order will be prepared and dispatched the same day*! For orders placed on weekends and public holidays, processing and dispatch will take place on the next working day*.

What do I do if I, the customer, am not at home at the time of delivery?

You have chosen to have your order delivered by Colissimo with tracking and signature
If you are not at home when your order is delivered, a delivery notice will be left in your letterbox, telling you where to pick up your parcel. You will then have 10 working days from delivery to collect your parcel. After this period, the parcel will be returned to sender.

You have chosen to have your order delivered by Chronopost
If you are not at home when your order is delivered, the carrier will drop off your parcel at the nearest Point Relais. To keep you informed of the arrival of your parcel, an SMS alert will be sent directly to your cell phone (provided you have entered your telephone details in advance).

Can the delivery address be different from the billing address?

Would you like to have your order delivered to your home, vacation address or office? Would you like to surprise someone with a gift? No problem, you can choose a delivery address different from the billing address. All you have to do is tick the "deliver to another address" box.
