We'll include a healthcare reimbursement form with your personal details, a detailed invoice proving your purchase, and a duplicate invoice for your supplementary health insurance providers.

To be reimbursed by French national health insurance and your supplementary health insurance providers, you must first provide us with your prescription:

- For optical equipment :

  • dated for people over 42, the prescription is valid for 3 years
  • for people aged over 16, the prescription is valid for 5 years
  • for people under 16, the prescription is valid for 1 year
- For contact lenses:
The prescription is valid for 3 years, unless otherwise indicated on the prescription.
