Protecting yourself from screens and other indirect light sources
Whether in the office or at home, our eyes are exposed to different sources of light, often indirect. Whether it's a computer screen, a digital tablet or smartphone screen, a TV screen, a desk lamp or even halogen lights, these different halos influence our quality of vision and can cause eye fatigue. In fact, eye strain is caused by the (often inappropriate) use of screens of all kinds.
Our eyes are under constant strain, which is why it's so important to take good care of them. Limiting the use of these different types of screen can be a solution. Wearing glasses adapted to your eyesight is another: with anti-reflective or lightly tinted lenses, your visual comfort will be all the better. You can also change the layout of your rooms so as not to receive too much indirect light, and thus avoid tiring your eyes.
