In the event that the Customer does not collect their order within the required time and conditions, their unclaimed order will be returned to SAS ANSEPIAL who will inform the Customer by e-mail. In the event that the order is returned to SAS ANSEPIAL for a reason attributable to the Customer (package not claimed on time, incorrect delivery address, etc.), the cost of return delivery will be deducted:

- 9.90€ will be deducted from the refund for France.

- 20€ will be deducted from the refund for European countries.

- 45€ will be deducted from the refund for countries outside France and Europe.

In the event of reshipment of the parcel, the Customer will have to pay new delivery charges for the reshipment of his order.
