Unclaimed or Returned Package

If the Customer fails to pick up their order within the required timeframe and under the specified conditions, the unclaimed order will be returned to SAS ANSEPIAL, which will notify the Customer via email. If the order is returned to SAS ANSEPIAL for a reason attributable to the Customer (package not claimed within the specified time frame, incorrect delivery address, etc.), the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund:
