Based on the principle that everyone has the right to make a mistake or change their mind, your Mymonture online optician offers a "Satisfied or your money back within 30 days" service. We'll take back or exchange your sunglasses or optical frames in the shortest possible time.

To take full advantage of this service, please read the following terms and conditions. There are several possibilities:

You have ordered one or more frames.

  • You can return your order within 30 days of receipt of your parcel (the colissimo tracking date of your parcel being proof of delivery) instead of the 14 days stipulated in article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code. Please note that you are responsible for this shipment.
  • When you request an exchange or refund, you are held responsible for any damage caused during the return of the parcel. This is why we strongly advise you to return your parcel by registered post or recorded delivery to the following address:

  • Anyone wishing to return a product must specify the order number on a piece of paper and place it in the parcel. Any return without this document and without this number will be refused.
  • All items returned must of course be new, unused, undamaged, undirty and undamaged, otherwise they cannot be taken back. All items in the parcel must be returned in their original packaging, including the original spectacle case and lens wipes. Without these items, your Mymonture online optician reserves the right to refuse your return.
  • Your Mymonture online optician undertakes to reimburse you within 8 days of receipt of your returned package.

You have ordered an optical frame for your eyesight

  • You are responsible for shipping costs. You can therefore return your order within 30 days of receipt of your parcel (the colissimo tracking date of your parcel being proof of delivery).
  • When you request an exchange or refund, you will be held responsible for any damage caused during reshipment of the parcel. This is why we strongly advise you to return your parcel by registered post or by recorded delivery to the following address:

  • Anyone wishing to return a product must specify the order number on a piece of paper and place it in the parcel. Any return without this document and without this number will be refused.
  • All returned items must of course be new, unused, undamaged, undirty and undamaged, otherwise they will not be accepted for return. All items in the parcel must be returned in their original packaging, including the original spectacle case, lens wipes, pre-filled healthcare reimbursement form and invoice. Without these elements, your Mymonture online optician reserves the right to refuse any return.
  • Your Mymonture online optician will reimburse you within 8 days of receipt of your returned package.
  • Please note that only the frame will be refunded. As the lenses have undergone transformations, they cannot be reused by third parties. We can therefore not guarantee a refund.

Our exchange policy

When you order on Mymonture and your purchases do not meet your expectations, you have the choice between a refund or an exchange. In this case, here is our exchange policy:

For prescription glasses:

  • Identical exchange.
  • If you wish to exchange for an optical frame costing more than you paid, you will be responsible for the extra cost.
  • If you wish to exchange for an optical frame costing less than what you paid, we will reimburse the difference.
  • In the case of a return of a frame equipped with sight lenses (adapted to the customer) only the frame will be reimbursed.

For sunglasses :

  • Identical exchange.
  • If you wish to exchange for a sunglass frame costing more than you paid, you will be responsible for the extra cost.
  • If you wish to exchange for a sunglasses frame costing less than you paid, we will refund the difference.
