How to change your lenses?

Your correction has changed, and you'd like to keep your frames and change only your lenses? Your lenses are scratched/broken and you'd like to change them? Would you like to keep your optical frame but add sun lenses? We've got the solution!

Your Mymonture online optician offers you an exclusive service: fitting new lenses to your favorite frame. To take full advantage of this service, follow the guide!

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR LENSES

1) Select the frame shape you currently own and fill in the lens configuration form. We'll ask you to fill in the following details:
The type of lens you want (progressive or unifocal)
The desired lens refinement index
The coating you want to apply to your lenses (clear, photochromic, tinted or polarized)
The desired options (anti-reflective, hardened, anti-smudge, super hydrophobic)

2) Then validate your basket and pay for your order. When your order is validated, you will be asked to pay a €10 set-up fee.

3) Send us your frame with your prescription to the following address:

NB: If you don't want to put your prescription in the parcel, you can always send it to us by e-mail at the following address: ordonnance@mymonture.com
We strongly advise you to send your parcel by registered mail or Colissimo Suivi to keep track of delivery progress.

4) On receipt of your parcel, our opticians will mount the new lenses on your frame. Thanks to the frame, we can directly measure your pupil distance, guaranteeing you maximum visual comfort.

5) Receive your frame and new lenses at home. To enable you to have your expenses reimbursed by French national health insurance and/or your supplementary health insurance providers, we also enclose a healthcare reimbursement form and an invoice.
