How do I get a quote?
Eyewear quotation : How to proceed?
1) Select your eyewear model on the site
Round, square, rectangular or butterfly-shaped, in acetate or metal, there's something for every taste. Let yourself be tempted and choose the pair of glasses you want.
Select the online quotation product sheet and create your account to benefit from a quotation approved by all supplementary health insurance providers with LPP codes.
2) Choose your lenses
You can choose the type of lenses you need according to your degree of correction:
- - Unifocal or single vision: corrects all visual defects such as myopia, astigmatism and hyperopia. Thin and light, they adapt to all frame shapes.
- - Progressive : offers clear vision at all distances (near, far and intermediate), making it possible to treat several vision disorders at the same time. Progressive lenses are ideal for people suffering from presbyopia.
- - Mid-distance (or near) : improves near vision while facilitating intermediate vision, enabling you to see everything around you perfectly. The near vision lens is ideal for close-up work (computer, reading, sewing) and for young presbyopes.
3) Enter your corrections
Simply take your prescription and enter your corrections (axis, sphere, cylinder). If you have any doubts, you can contact our opticians at any time. You can also read our guide "Understanding my prescription" by clicking here.
On receipt of your form, an optician will check your data to ensure optimum fitting quality.

4) Choose the sharpness of your lenses
You can choose from 4 lens indexes:
- - 1.5 index lenses : non-refinement lenses for people with low correction levels.
- - 1.6 index lenses: thin, light organic lenses to enhance your look.
- - 1.67 index lenses: very thin, very light organic lenses.
- - 1.74 index ultra-thin lenses: the thinnest, lightest aspheric organic lenses on the market. They are the ideal alternative for people who want absolute visual comfort but have a high degree of correction.
It's important to note that, depending on your degree of correction, your lenses will be thicker and heavier, which can sometimes be unsightly. This step is therefore very important in your choice of equipment. The thinner the lens, the more comfortable, resistant, lightweight and aesthetic your equipment will be, giving you maximum vision quality.
5) Select your lens treatments and options
You can choose from four different lenses:
- - Clear white lenses : classic white corrective lenses.
- - Tinted lenses : category 3 lenses providing excellent eye protection against sunlight and glare. Mymonture offers 3 colors: brown, gray or green.
- - Transition (photochromic) lenses : white corrective lenses that tint according to light intensity. Perfectly clear indoors, they quickly change to a darker tint as the light increases.
- - Polarizing lenses : lenses that act as an anti-reflective barrier, ridding the eyes of all kinds of stray reflections. They are an effective ally for sports activities and outings by the sea or in the mountains.
