How can I test my lenses at home?
You'd like to order prescription glasses online, but you're worried that they won't fit, or that the color or shape won't meet your expectations? Would you like to have the opinion of your friends and family, and take the time to try them on in peace and quiet? Don't panic! Your Mymonture online optician has THE solution: home trials.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Your Mymonture online optician offers you an exclusive home trial service, allowing you to take the time to choose the frame that meets your expectations and makes you look your best. To take full advantage of this service, please note the following conditions:
- - The home trial service is valid only in mainland France and only on optical frames from the Mymonture collection, as well as a wide range of designer eyewear.
- This service costs €10 (incl. VAT), whatever the number of frames you choose (from one to a maximum of three), which includes the cost of management as well as the outward and return shipping costs, so that you can return the package to us free of charge. This sum will be fully refunded if you choose to order a frame with corrective lenses from us.
- - Thanks to our partner CIC, we can offer you 3DS deferred payment when you validate your order. You will be asked to provide an imprint and an identification code. Once accepted, your order will be processed.
- - Once your order has been validated and paid for, the frames you have selected will be delivered to your home. They will be delivered in their original case, but without corrective lenses.
- - You have 10 clear days to return your frames. To do so, simply affix the prepaid returns label found in your original parcel to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest post office.
- All items returned must of course be new, unused, undamaged, undirty and in perfect condition for resale. All items in the parcel must therefore be returned in their original packaging: original glasses case, glasses wipe, etc. Products are checked by a bailiff.
- - If you have not returned the frames within 10 days, or if they have been damaged, soiled or spoiled, Mymonture reserves the right to debit your bank account for the full amount of your order.
- - Upon receipt of your package, your Mymonture online optician will credit your card again for the amount of each frame returned.

AT-HOME TRIAL: INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Would you like to try on your glasses at home? Nothing could be simpler! Follow our step-by-step guide:
- - Select the optical frame(s) you'd like to try on by clicking on the "try-at-home" button, visible on every product sheet. Repeat the operation if you wish, as you can choose one, two or even three frames!
- - Validate your basket and pay your order, which will serve as a bank guarantee.
- - Once you've received your frame(s) at home, try them on at your leisure and choose the model you like best. Don't forget to leave a note inside the package indicating which frame you'd like to keep.
- - Then return your frame(s) to us in the original parcel, making sure to affix the prepaid return label you'll find in your parcel. This will save you postage costs. If you don't want your Mymonture optician to fit corrective lenses, keep the frames you like best at home and send us back only those you don't like.
- - If you would like your Mymonture optician to apply corrective lenses to the frame you have previously selected, go to www.mymonture.com to place an order for prescription glasses with corrective lenses.
