5. Services
5.1. Online Third-Party Payment
SAS ANSEPIAL offers you the option to receive online coverage (THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT) for your prescription eyeglasses and contact lenses through more than 300 approved supplementary health insurance providers. As part of the third-party payment process, SAS ANSEPIAL is required to advance the costs covered by the primary health insurance fund and the beneficiary’s supplemental health insurance provider. Once the optical equipment has been provided and the third-party payment procedures have been completed, the remaining balance will be the customer’s responsibility.
Process
The online third-party payment process on mymonture.com is simple. Just choose your eyeglasses and/or contact lenses and:
1°) Configure your lenses by selecting: “Yes, I would like to use the online third-party payment option.”
2°) Fill out and upload the required information
Supplementary health insurance providers and a valid prescription (dated within the last 5 years if you are between 16 and 42 years old, or within the last 3 years for those over 42).
3) Confirm your order by selecting the “Third-Party Payment” payment method (full or partial coverage depending on your contract with your supplementary health insurance provider) while awaiting reimbursement from your provider. No payment will be required at this stage.
4) SAS ANSEPIAL takes care of everything; we’ll request a quote from your supplementary health insurance provider. The documents resulting from this process will be available for review in the “Third-Party Payment” section of your customer account for electronic signature.
5°) Return your signed documents along with the out-of-pocket payment so that we can prepare and ship your equipment.
Out-of-Pocket Cost
Once the third-party payment process is complete, you will be billed for the remaining balance via a payment request so that we can prepare and ship your optical equipment.
If there is no out-of-pocket cost, the equipment will be finalized as soon as the beneficiary signs the documents.
To finalize the advance payment, you may be asked (depending on your supplementary health insurance provider’s terms) to electronically sign the documents related to coverage through your customer account.
The supplementary health insurance provider will pay the covered amount directly to SAS ANSEPIAL. The main advantage of the third-party payment system is that you don’t have to pay anything upfront!
In the event of an error in the supplementary health insurance provider’s coverage determination or an error in the payment of reimbursements, SAS ANSEPIAL reserves the right to claim payment from the beneficiary for any amounts not received.
Terms and Conditions
To be eligible for third-party payment on mymonture.com, the following conditions must be met.
SAS ANSEPIAL must have an agreement with your approved supplementary health insurance provider. If third-party payment is not possible, mymonture.com will provide the beneficiary of the corrective eyewear with the necessary documents to obtain reimbursements from the various health insurance providers. (Healthcare reimbursement form and invoice) The customer will be required to pay the full cost of the order in advance in order to finalize and ship the corrective eyewear.
The recipient of the corrective eyewear must not have purchased any corrective eyewear in the past 2 years.
Only prescription eyeglasses or contact lenses are eligible.
The recipient of the corrective eyewear must be enrolled in a primary health insurance fund (with current coverage).
The recipient of the corrective eyewear must have a valid supplemental health insurance policy that offers third-party payment.
No reimbursement request may be pending. If a request is pending, the recipient of the corrective eyewear will be asked to cancel it before Mymonture fulfills the order.
SAS ANSEPIAL cannot accept reimbursement beyond the coverage limit set by your supplementary health insurance provider.
In accordance with the law and efforts to combat fraud by supplementary health insurance providers, SAS ANSEPIAL will not make any changes or alterations to the billing.
We will make up to three attempts to process a third-party payment request with your supplementary health insurance provider. After these three attempts, we reserve the right to discontinue the process with your supplementary health insurance provider and either cancel your order or request direct payment from you, without the option to use the online third-party payment service.
Processing Time
Response times for third-party payment may vary from 1 to 20 days; this timeframe is in addition to our standard processing and shipping times for your equipment.
Your equipment or contact lenses will be prepared and shipped only upon receipt of all documents, duly completed and signed, as well as payment of any remaining balance, if applicable.
5.2 '100% Santé' scheme (full cover)
As part of the '100% Santé' scheme (full cover), Mymonture.com offers its customers frames that comply with CE standards, priced at 30 euros or less (including tax), as well as lenses at regulated rates, which vary depending on the prescription and type of lens.
The cost of the '100% Santé' scheme (full cover) is fully covered by French national health insurance and the customer’s supplementary health insurance provider. The CUSTOMER enters their prescription directly on our Mymonture.com website; the price is automatically calculated based on these prescription details and parameters.

5.5 Contact Lens Refills
Before purchasing contact lenses, it is essential to consult a qualified specialist who will determine the appropriate parameters for your vision and assess your ability to tolerate them. Fitting and testing for first-time contact lens wear are matters for specialists; do not overlook this essential step.
Wearing contact lenses of a particular brand must be approved by an ophthalmologist, who will perform all necessary tests to ensure the lenses are compatible with your eye parameters.
Before switching to a different brand of contact lenses, always consult a qualified professional for testing and approval.
If you experience discomfort, redness, irritation, watery eyes, or vision problems, remove your contact lenses and consult a qualified healthcare professional as soon as possible.
By ordering contact lenses on the Mymonture.com website using the “contact lens renewal” button, the CUSTOMER certifies that they have already undergone the necessary fitting tests and acknowledges that there are no contraindications to wearing these contact lenses.

Please also note that only the frames are eligible for a refund. This is because, having been customized, the lenses cannot be reused by third parties. The processing fee is €10; it will be deducted from your payment.

Upon receipt of payment and the necessary information (prescription, pupillary distance measurements, contact information) to assemble the eyeglasses, the Company will make every effort to deliver an order for a pair of prescription eyeglasses with corrective lenses within 15 days for shipments to metropolitan France, and undertakes in all cases to ensure that this delivery timeframe does not exceed 30 business days from the date the product or service order is completed, subject to available inventory and product availability from our suppliers. Upon receipt of the necessary information, the Company will provide the customer with an estimated delivery date, subject to available inventory.
However, these delivery times apply strictly only to orders placed through the online purchase and payment process. Any order that does not follow this process (e.g., orders placed by mail) may not be processed by our services and/or may result in an additional delivery delay.
The delivery times indicated on the Site do not take into account postal processing times or processing times related to transportation and shipping.
The shipping times listed on the Site are provided for informational purposes only and are not binding. They are calculated based on average restocking times and are subject to change at any time.
6.4. Receipt of Products:
Delivery of the order is deemed to have been completed when the order is made available to the Customer.
The Customer is obligated to accept the order sent to them.
If the order is not accepted, it will remain available to the Customer for a certain period of time at the sorting center or warehouse of the carrier chosen by the Customer. The Customer must pick up the order in accordance with the carrier’s deadlines and conditions.
If the Customer fails to pick up the order within the required timeframes and under the required conditions, the unclaimed order will be returned to SAS ANSEPIAL, which will notify the Customer by email. If the order is returned to SAS ANSEPIAL for a reason attributable to the Customer (package not claimed within the specified timeframe, package refused by the recipient, incorrect delivery address, etc.), the return shipping costs will be deducted:
- €9.90 will be deducted from the refund for France,
- €20 will be deducted from the refund for European countries,
- €45 will be deducted from the refund for countries worldwide (excluding France and Europe).
If the package is reshipped, the Customer will be required to pay new shipping fees for the reshipment of their order: €9.90 for France, €20 for European countries, and €45 for the rest of the world.
6.5. Verification of the Order and Products:
SAS ANSEPIAL takes special care in packaging and preparing orders; however, packages may occasionally be damaged during shipping.
In accordance with Article L.216-2 of the French Consumer Code, all risk of loss or damage to the Products is transferred from the seller to the consumer at the moment the consumer physically takes possession of the goods.
The Customer is therefore required to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the Product at the time of delivery and must immediately notify the carrier of any reservations regarding the condition of the delivered Product so that they may be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
SAS ANSEPIAL therefore recommends that the Customer, before accepting the package:
- to carefully inspect the condition of the package;
- to verify that the delivery slip matches the delivered Product;
- to verify that the delivered Product matches the order placed.
If, during this inspection, the Customer notices an apparent defect (e.g., the box is damaged, torn open, or open, etc.), damage during shipping (e.g., a package is missing), or a non-conformity (e.g., the product is different from the one ordered, an item is missing, etc.), they must:
- refuse to accept the Product outright; and
- record their precise, complete, and signed observations on the delivery slip;
- confirm the apparent defect, damage, or non-conformity to SAS ANSEPIAL within 48 hours of receiving the Product, either by certified letter with return receipt requested to the following address: MYMONTURE – 13 rue Montjoie – 62280 St Martin Boulogne, or by email to the following address : contact@mymonture.com. The Customer must provide all supporting documentation regarding the existence of any non-conformities, damage, or defects observed (photographs, order invoice, etc.).
If no complaint is filed within the aforementioned time frame and under the aforementioned conditions, the delivered Products will be deemed accepted by the Customer.
The Customer acknowledges that, in the absence of valid information provided within the aforementioned timeframes, their order will be deemed compliant and the delivered Products free from any apparent defects, and the Customer’s claim will be considered inadmissible and unenforceable against SAS ANSEPIAL.
Any Product returned without the consent of SAS ANSEPIAL will be refused by SAS ANSEPIAL and returned to the Customer at the Customer’s expense and risk.
To be validly returned to SAS ANSEPIAL and/or exchanged, the Products must not have been used and must be returned intact in their original packaging along with any accessories, user manuals, and other documentation.
In the event of a dispute regarding delivery or failure to deliver the Products (identity theft, non-delivery, or a delivery confirmation without receipt by the Customer), a police report must be filed with the Police or Gendarmerie, and a copy must be sent to SAS ANSEPIAL so that it may assert its rights. Without this police report, no dispute will result in a redelivery of the product. In the event of a redelivery following a delivery dispute, the order will be reshipped via certified mail with return receipt requested; no refund will be issued for this shipment.
If the customer claims that the package was not received or that the contents of the package are incomplete, even though the carrier confirms that the delivery was made in accordance with the order, the customer must provide us with a copy of the complaint filed with the carrier in order to assert their rights. Without this complaint, no dispute will result in a redelivery of the product. In the event of a redelivery following a delivery dispute, the order will be shipped via certified mail with return receipt requested; no refund will be issued for this shipment.
If the returned Products are found to be non-compliant with the Customer’s order or to have an apparent defect, SAS ANSEPIAL agrees, at the Customer’s discretion, to:
- To reship a new, compliant product to the Customer, covering both the reshipment and return costs; or
- To replace the Product in question with another Product of the same category and price, with SAS ANSEPIAL covering the return and reshipment costs; or
- To cancel the order and refund the Customer for all costs incurred, provided that the return includes all products from the same order.
Any refund will be issued in accordance with the terms set forth in the “Refunds” section.

6.7 Customs Duties and Returns:
The customer is responsible for paying all customs duties and import taxes on the ordered products, in accordance with the requirements of the relevant authorities in their country. For any order shipped outside the European Union, these fees—set by the customs authorities of the destination country—are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be paid in order for the package to be delivered.
In the event of an unjustified refusal to accept delivery—for example, when customs duties are not paid, or in the event of repeated absences during delivery attempts, or if the package is returned due to non-payment of taxes required by local authorities—the package will be returned to Mymonture. In this situation, shipping and return costs, including any customs duties applied during the return, will be deducted from the refund amount issued by our customer service team after the package is received and inspected—€20 for returns within Europe and €45 for international returns.
However, if the return is due to an error on the part of Mymonture.com (for example, a non-compliant product, a damaged item, etc.), Mymonture.com will cover the full cost of the return, including customs duties.
7. Warranties
SAS ANSEPIAL guarantees that the Products sold comply with French and European Union regulations. The Customer is entitled to all statutory warranties of public policy applicable to the Products in question, including the warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. This warranty is valid for 2 years on both lenses and frames. It is limited to one replacement for the frame or prescription lenses.
SAS ANSEPIAL disclaims all liability in the event that the delivered item does not comply with the laws of a country other than a member state of the European Union. It is the CUSTOMER’s responsibility to verify with local authorities the possibilities for importing or using the ordered products.
The customer must send their broken eyewear to MYMONTURE.com at their own expense.
7.1 Fitting Guarantees
Progressive Lenses: For a period of 5 months from the date of receipt of your glasses, SAS ANSEPIAL agrees to replace your prescription lenses in the event of visual incompatibility with our NOVACEL and ESSILOR lenses. This warranty covers a one-time replacement of the lenses:
* applicable only if accompanied by written proof from the ophthalmologist who issued the original prescription (ophthalmic error). This fitting guarantee does not affect the consumer’s rights under the statutory warranty set forth in Articles 1649 bis through 1649 orties of the Civil Code.
* another pair of lenses with the same prescription in VL or VP
* by replacing them with a higher-end lens line (the price difference will be the CUSTOMER’s responsibility)
Lenses will be replaced with products from the same price range; any price difference will be the customer’s responsibility, and no refunds will be issued. This warranty does not apply to “second pair” packages. This warranty does not apply in the event of scratches on the lenses. Fitting fees are charged at €10 for a full-rim frame, €20 for a semi-rimless frame, and €30 for a rimless frame.
Contact lenses: Only annual lenses (Lunelle, Menicon, Quatum, and Z6) come with a two-month adaptation guarantee.
7.2 Commercial Warranties and After-Sales Service
The quality of the products available on the Site is guaranteed by their respective manufacturers. Valid under normal conditions of use and upon presentation of the damaged items.
The lens warranty covers one instance of lens breakage with a 40% deductible. Limited to one replacement, with the same prescription.
7.3 Warranty Exclusions
This warranty covers manufacturing defects or material defects. Products that have been damaged or misused are under no circumstances covered by the SAS ANSEPIAL warranty program.
Furthermore, any modifications (such as fitting lenses from another brand, etc.) to Mymonture frames and/or those from our original suppliers will void the warranty.
Lenses are not covered by the warranty against scratches resulting from misuse or lack of care. Damage resulting from wear and tear, external causes, misuse, or improper maintenance is excluded from all warranties.
7.4 General Terms and Conditions of After-Sales Service
Under the warranty, SAS ANSEPIAL will repair, exchange, or replace one or more parts, or even the entire product, if it is found to be defective based on the Supplier’s assessment.
Items that may be subject to billing include complete frames, frame-only sets, pairs of lenses, and accessories (cords, cases, etc.). In this case, we ask that you return the defective part to avoid being billed (along with the purchase order). The return must be made within 15 days of receiving the part.
Shipping costs are 6.90 euros for shipments to mainland France.
Shipping costs are 20 euros for shipments to European countries.
Shipping costs are 45 euros for shipments to the rest of the world.
The customer must send their broken equipment to SAS ANSEPIAL at their own expense.
To allow for a more thorough analysis of the identified defect, or if you wish to send us your frames for repair, you may return them via tracked mail to the following address: MYMONTURE Customer Service - 13 RUE MONTJOIE - 62280 SAINT MARTIN BOULOGNE.
Please be sure to include a letter with your contact information and a description of the defect.
Upon receipt of your frames, we will be able to offer you, as a priority, either a repair or an exchange of your item, subject to availability.
We recommend using a shipping method that includes package tracking. SAS ANSEPIAL cannot be held liable under any circumstances for lost or damaged packages.
The MYMONTURE.com Customer Service team is also available Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. by phone at 03 21 91 40 40 or by email at serviceclient@mymonture.com.

8. Product Returns and Right of Withdrawal
8.1 Product Returns
SAS ANSEPIAL will systematically inspect any Products returned by the Customer, regardless of the reason.
All products in our catalog are at the customer’s expense.
Given the nature of the products, returns will not be accepted if the products or their packaging have been used, opened, modified, or altered in any way. Any request for a return of goods authorized by SAS ANSEPÏAL will only be valid if the goods were delivered less than one month ago; in such cases, the products must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, complete (instructions, cases, accessories, warranty and authenticity card, etc.), undamaged, unused, unsoiled, free of marks, and accompanied by the healthcare reimbursement form and the invoice corresponding to the order. SAS ANSEPÏAL reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the above conditions are not met. In the event that the product does not comply with specifications, the cost of registered shipping and all other fees (bailiff’s report, administrative fees, etc.) will be the customer’s responsibility.
Soft contact lenses intended for periodic replacement are not covered by any fitting guarantee.
Except as provided for in these Terms and Conditions, the cost of returning the Products is borne by the Customer.
Provided these conditions are met and after Mymonture receives the returned item, a credit or refund will be issued to the buyer within 8 days.
8.2 Right of Withdrawal:
The Customer has a period of thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the Products to exercise their right of withdrawal with SAS ANSEPIAL, in lieu of the statutory period granted. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the next business day.
Given the nature of the Products, returns will not be accepted if the Products or their packaging have been used, opened, modified, or altered in any way. Therefore, the Products must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging and containers, complete (instructions, cases, accessories, warranty and authenticity card, etc.), undamaged, unused, unsoiled, free of marks, and accompanied by the healthcare reimbursement form and the invoice corresponding to the order. SAS ANSEPIAL reserves the right to refuse such a return if the conditions set forth above are not met.
This is because returned Products are intended to be resold in new condition.
As an exception, and in accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer does not have a right of withdrawal for Products that have been customized or adapted to the Customer’s specific needs and/or for which safety or health protections have been compromised. Thus, the Customer does not have a right of withdrawal if frames have been adapted to their facial structure or if contact lens cases or care solutions have been opened.
The withdrawal procedures that the Customer must follow are detailed on the “Legal Information and Right of Withdrawal” page of the Website. The Customer must consult these withdrawal procedures and follow the process outlined therein.
The Customer may choose to receive an exchange, a store credit, or a refund for the returned Products. The Customer must notify SAS ANSEPIAL of this choice before or no later than the time the Products are returned. In the case of a refund, the return shipping costs will be borne by the Customer. If the Customer does not make a selection, they are informed that they will receive a store credit that they may use throughout the Site for a future order.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for certain Products, including:
- Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer (Art. L221-28, 5°).
- Audio or video recordings or computer software once they have been unsealed after delivery (Art. L221-28, 9°). (e.g., RAY-BAN META smart glasses).
