Right of withdrawal

Customer rights and cancellation

The Customer has a period of thirty (30) clear days from receipt of the Products to exercise his right of withdrawal from MYMONTURE.com instead of the legal period allowed. When this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

Given the nature of the Products, the return of Products will not be accepted if the Products or their packaging have been used, opened, modified or altered in any way. Consequently, Products must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, complete (instructions, cases, accessories, warranty and authenticity card, etc.), undamaged, unused, unsoiled, without marks and with the healthcare reimbursement form and invoice corresponding to the order. MYMONTURE.com reserves the right to refuse such a retraction if the above conditions are not respected. Indeed, the returned Products are intended to be marketed again in new condition.

By way of exception and in compliance with the conditions of article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has no right of withdrawal for Products which have been calibrated or adapted to the Customer's specific requirements and/or whose health or safety protections have been violated. For example, the Customer has no right of withdrawal if frames have been adapted to the Customer's morphology, or if contact lens cases or care solutions have been detected.

The retraction procedures to be followed by the Customer are detailed on the Site's " Rights and retraction " page. It is imperative that the Customer consult these retraction procedures and follow the process indicated therein.

The Customer may obtain, at his/her discretion, an exchange, a credit note or a refund for the returned Products. This choice will be made by the Customer to MYMONTURE.com before or at the latest upon return of the Products. In the case of a refund, the return costs will be borne by the Customer. If the Customer does not make a choice, he/she is informed that he/she will obtain a credit note which can be used on the entire Site for a future order.

In the event of the return of a frame fitted with corrective lenses (adapted to the eyesight), only the frame will be reimbursed. The lenses are not reusable as they have undergone a transformation.
