Bausch & Lomb Purevision lenses are monthly disposables, which means you can wear them for one month. at the end of this period, they must be discarded. This wearing time must, however, be approved by your ophthalmologist.
The Bausch & Lomb purevision lens box contains 6 lenses, enough for one month's wear in one eye. Purevision contact lenses correct astigmatism. Astigmatism occurs when objects are blurred at near, mid-distance or far distances. Astigmatism can be associated with other visual defects such as hyperopia or myopia.
Made from balafilcon A silicone hydrogel, purevision contact lenses are 36% hydrophilic. Oxygen permeability is almost 100%. These highly comfortable lenses can therefore be worn for many hours a day. They won't burn or irritate your eyes. They're ideal if your eyes are dry, or if you work long hours in front of a computer or in an air-conditioned area.
