General terms and conditions

We want you to be completely satisfied with your product purchased from Mymonture.

Mymonture.com will repair, exchange or replace one or more spare parts, or even the entire defective product, as determined by Mymonture and/or our Supplier. It is imperative that you send us your frames or lenses so that we can send them to our supplier for appraisal.

Parts that may be invoiced are complete frames, bare frames, pairs of lenses and accessories (cords, cases, etc.). In this case, we ask you to return the defective part for non-billing (accompanied by the order form). The part must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

The warranty does not cover: scratches, breakages, damage caused by the intervention of a third party outside the Mymonture after-sales service, damage caused by an accident or shock, and incorrect use.

WARRANTY POLICY

Frame warranty :

Your product is guaranteed for 2 years for Optical and Solar frames from the date of purchase, as evidenced by the invoice.

This warranty covers manufacturing or material defects. Damage caused by accidents, tampering, misuse, negligence or normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty.

Corrective Lens Warranty :

Lenses are not guaranteed against scratches caused by misuse or carelessness. Valid under normal conditions of use and on presentation of damaged parts.

The Lens Warranty covers lens breakage once, with a 40% deductible. Limited to one replacement, same correction.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURE

If you wish to send us your frame for repair, or if you wish to carry out a more detailed analysis of the fault, you can return it by post to the following address: SAV MYMONTURE - 13 RUE MONTJOIE - 62280 SAINT MARTIN BOULOGNE.

Please enclose a letter stating your contact details and the nature of the fault.

As soon as we receive your frame, we will be able to offer you, as a priority, the repair or exchange of your item (in the event of the supplier taking responsibility for a manufacturing defect), subject to availability.

In order to benefit from this guarantee, we will cover the cost of returning the item (to a relay point in mainland France), €15 for European countries and €45 for the rest of the world, with shipping costs borne by you.

We recommend that you use a shipping method with parcel tracking. Mymonture cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels.
