Return conditions

In the event of a product return, the customer is solely responsible for return shipping costs. The customer is free to choose the transport provider for the return shipment. However, it is strongly recommended to use a shipping service with a tracking number and, if possible, delivery against signature, in order to guarantee the traceability of the parcel and to have proof of dispatch. The customer is responsible for the parcel until it is actually received by the company. Consequently, SAS ANSEPIAL cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, damage or non-delivery of the parcel by the carrier. No exchange or refund will be made until SAS ANSEPIAL is in possession of the returned item(s).
