Return conditions
In the event of a product return, the customer is solely responsible for return shipping costs.
01. Transport and proof of dispatch
The customer is free to choose the transport provider. However, we strongly recommend that you choose a shipping service with a tracking number and delivery against signature.
The traceability of the parcel is your only guarantee of proof of shipment in the event of a dispute.
02. Responsibility
The customer is responsible for the parcel until it is actually received. SAS ANSEPIAL cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, damage or non-delivery.
