Definitions

Customer: any professional or natural person capable of acting within the meaning of articles 1123 et seq. of the French Civil Code, or legal entity, who visits the site which is the subject of the general terms and conditions below.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

All disputes arising in connection with the use of the Mymonture.com website are subject to French law. Except in cases where the law does not allow it, exclusive jurisdiction is given to the competent courts of Boulogne-sur-Mer.
